Install

Windows

1. Download 2K_Mate-<version>-x64-Setup.exe and double-click it;
2. If SmartScreen warns, click “More info → Run anyway”;
3. Follow the wizard. Shortcuts are added to the Desktop / Start menu.

macOS (Apple Silicon)

1. Download 2K_Mate-<version>-arm64.dmg and open it;
2. Drag 2K Mate into Applications;
3. On first launch, if it’s blocked:

Right-click the icon → Open, then click “Open” again in the dialog; or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click “Open Anyway” next to the prompt.

Activate your license

2K Mate needs a license key to unlock full functionality:

1. Buy at the official store buy.2kmate.net to get a key;
2. Open 2K Mate, paste the key into the activation field and confirm;
3. The key binds to this device’s HWID (hardware fingerprint).

Keep your key safe

Keys are digital goods — store yours safely. For activation or re-binding issues, reach out in the community.

Updating

• Just download and run the latest installer over your existing install;
• Your license, settings and pairing data are kept automatically — no need to re-activate;
• See per-version changes in the Changelog.

Uninstall

• Windows: uninstall from “Settings → Apps” or Control Panel;
• macOS: move 2K Mate from Applications to the Trash.
